Certain circumstances are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• Cancellations made outside the allowed refund period.
• No-shows or late cancellations by the passenger.
• Completed rides where the service was rendered as expected.

• Allow up to 5 business days for our team to review your request.

• Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
• Refunds typically take 10 business days to reflect in your account.

• Partial refunds up to 70% of your total bill may be granted in cases where only part of the ride was affected (e.g., route deviations, early ride termination due to issues).
• Where applicable, ride credits may be issued instead of a cash refund.

• If you haven’t received a refund after the stated processing period, please check with your payment provider.
